David Starr will return to Jimmy Means Racing’s No. 52 entry in the NASCAR Xfinity Series this season. The announcement was made from both sides today.

The 52 car was initially on the Daytona entry list without a driver.
Starr recorded a season-best finish of 17th twice in 2018, coming at Daytona and Kansas. He recorded an average finish of 26.4 over 33 starts last year, failing to finish eight races. Starr finished inside of the top 20 seven times.
