The NASCAR Daily Tune-Up is your daily stop for news and tidbits you may have missed from the day before.
Spencer Boyd is returning to Young’s Motorsports in 2020, looking to build off of what he started last season. Boyd, in his first attempt at a full-time season in the Truck Series, ended up winning a race at Talladega in the fall. He gave way to other drivers later in the year, focusing on his Cup Series effort with Rick Ware Racing. But Boyd will return to the team in 2020.
Boyd will join Tate Fogleman, who will pilot the No. 02. No word on the No. 12 truck just yet, which was driven by Gus Dean in 2019.
