Xtreme Concepts announced a new NASCAR team on Thursday, announcing Jeffrey Earnhardt as the driver. The team will have a technical alliance from Joe Gibbs Racing, fielding a No. 81 entry in both the Cup Series and Xfinity Series.
Jeffrey Earnhardt sponsor XTreme Concepts will field a Cup team as part of an alliance with JGR for Jeffrey Earnhardt for two Cup races —- first at Talladega in April (No. 81) — and will field a team with him for five Xfinity races in addition to the nine races with JGR.

Earnhardt will run two Cup Series events for the team in 2019, along with five Xfinity Series races. Earnhardt is already scheduled to run nine races with Joe Gibbs Racing in the Xfinity Series in 2019 in the No. 18 entry.
Xtreme Concepts’ first Xfinity race will come at Texas in March. They’re also planning to run Chicago, Daytona (July), Bristol (August) and Darlington. The team will make their Cup debut at Talladega in the spring.
