Lee and Mo Thompson have taken an unconventional approach to living life. This Michigan couple moved to Alaska in 2014 with the intention of starting a dog walking business. Lee started off the journey alone whilst his wife worked long hours. However, due to the success of their business, he was able to join on full-time after cutting down his school schedule. To make their lives easier and offer better service for clients, the Thompsons decided to buy an old school bus instead of using a vehicle or trailer. Instead of dogs running wild, each pooch is trained to climb into its designated seat!
On board this magical bus, they set out on adventures together with 1.6 million followers on TikTok watching along as their videos have earned hundreds of millions of views!
The story between Lee and Mo began back in 2005 when they were studying at Reeth’s-Puffer High School in Muskegon before getting married last year. To round off this amazing family adventure, 8-month-old son Vern now joins them for the ride too! A few years since making their move from Michigan to Alaska, Lee and Mo Thompson are truly living an adventure that could be featured in a storybook. With their unique transportation mode – the old school bus – thousands of furry passengers get to experience life alongside this much-loved couple from Michigan who made their dream come true in one of America’s most iconic states – Alaska.
